These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by One Shot Wander LLC, including travel advising, hotel bookings, freelance marketing consulting, and retreat management. By engaging with One Shot Wander, you agree to the following terms.
Liability
One Shot Wander LLC acts as an independent advisor and intermediary. While all partners are carefully vetted, One Shot Wander is not liable for service failures, delays, cancellations, or damages caused by third-party providers. Clients participate in travel, events, or retreats at their own risk and are responsible for adhering to local laws and safety guidance.
Travel Documentation
Clients are responsible for ensuring all required documentation is valid for travel, including passports, visas, vaccinations, and entry permits. Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the return date and contain a minimum of two blank pages per country visited.
Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be required for retreat participation. Insurance should cover cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and lost or stolen items.
Chargebacks
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting One Shot Wander to resolve any concerns. Unauthorized chargebacks will be considered a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Electronic Acceptance
By submitting payment, signing a proposal, or otherwise engaging services, clients acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Digital signatures and email confirmations are considered legally binding.
Scope of Services
One Shot Wander specializes in crafting personalized travel experiences. This includes the design of custom itineraries, accommodation and transportation bookings, and coordination of activities, tours, and experiences. All services are based on collaborative consultation and tailored to each client’s travel preferences.
Hotel Booking Policy
Hotel research and booking services involve significant time, expertise, and outreach to vetted hotel partners. When you request support in booking accommodations, you agree to complete the reservation through One Shot Wander. If you choose to book independently after research and recommendations have been provided, a planning fee may be applied.
Booking & Payments
Payment terms, including deposit amounts and due dates, will be outlined in your personalized proposal. For travel planning that includes ground services, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation of the itinerary or services.
Itinerary Adjustments
One Shot Wander reserves the right to make changes to accommodations, activities, or transportation services if necessary due to availability or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified of any changes and offered comparable alternatives whenever possible.
Cancellations & Refunds
Each third-party supplier (hotels, transport providers, activity operators, etc.) has individual cancellation policies, which will be communicated prior to booking. Refunds are subject to these policies, and One Shot Wander is not responsible for any costs resulting from changes or cancellations initiated by the client or third parties.
Scope of Services
One Shot Wander provides bespoke freelance marketing support to travel brands, tourism boards, hotels, and destination management companies. Services include brand strategy, content creation, photography, partnerships, social media management, and email marketing. All scopes of work are tailored to each client and will be outlined in a signed agreement prior to project initiation.
Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is typically required to begin freelance marketing work unless otherwise stated in the project agreement. Remaining payments are due upon project completion. Late payments may be subject to a late fee.
Intellectual Property
All creative work remains the property of One Shot Wander LLC until payment is received in full. Upon completion and full payment, rights will be transferred as outlined in the client agreement. One Shot Wander retains the right to reference completed projects in marketing materials and portfolio displays unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Services Provided
One Shot Wander offers retreat planning and co-production services, either on behalf of private clients or under the One Shot Wander brand. These services may include venue sourcing, vendor coordination, program development, guest communications, marketing support, and on-site logistics management.
Retreat-Specific Terms
Retreat projects will follow a dedicated service agreement outlining deliverables, responsibilities, payment schedules, and cancellation terms. Deposits for retreat planning services are non-refundable. Minimum participant numbers may apply, and final decisions about retreat execution are subject to availability and partner terms.
